  • 12cl Fever TRee Mediterranean

  • Fennel

  • 8 juniper Berries

  • 1 pinch of rose petals

add all ingredients to a pre-chilled glass with ice and stir!

  • 5cl Kalevala BLue label

  • 5cl Fresh lime Juice

  • 2cl simple syrup

  • 1 barspoon lingonberry jam

  • 1 sprig fresh dill

  • seltzer

add jam, syrup and dill to a shaker and muddle. add lime juice, gin and shake with ice. double strain into a chilled glass with ice. top off with seltzer and garnish with dehydrated lime wheel.
